As usual, Istanbul topped the first place among the Turkish states that achieve the highest sales in Turkey, with a total share of 818 apartments from the total sales of apartments to foreigners in Turkey.
Antalya city ranked second with 341 residential apartments sold to foreigners. It followed by the capital, Ankara. In the third place, with 106 apartments sold. Mersin ranked fourth with 80 apartments sold. And it followed by Sakarya city that ranked fifth with 75 apartments sold to foreigners

Based on the report submitted by the Turkish Statistics Authority, the sales of apartments to foreigners in Turkey in the first five months of this year reached 15.740 apartments. Thus, the rate of sales of apartments to foreigners in Turkey is higher by 24.9% compared with the same period in 2020.

The Iraqis owned only in May 239 apartments.
Followed by the Iranians in the second place with the purchase of 231 apartments.
while the Russians ranked third with the purchase of 119 apartments. They followed by the Afghans With the purchase of 98 apartments. Thehe Germans ranked fifth, with a purchase rate of 87 apartments.
